Organizational Chart
SONADER is under the technical supervision of the Minister of Agriculture and the financial supervision of the Minister of Finance. It is managed by a board of directors appointed by decree of the Council of Ministers upon the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture. Its executive is led by a General Manager appointed by decree of the Council of Ministers, based on the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture. The General Manager is empowered to make all administrative and managerial decisions. He is assisted by a Deputy General Manager who acts in his absence or in case of impediment.
